The Domaine de l'Olivette is a young olive grove, planted on the banks of the Argens, between the massif des Maures and the Esterel mountain range, entirely dominated by the rocher de Roquebrune.
The first trees were planted in 1989.

There are eight varieties of olive, used for table olives and olive oil.
There are six varieties of olive used to produce olive oil: picholine, bouteillan, cailletier, cornicabra, cayon and arbequina.
Two other olive varieties are used for table olives: lucques and frantoio.
