PROGRAMME DE L'EXCURSION GROUPE

10h – VISITE DU RUCHER ÉCOLE DE SAINT-RAPHAËL
Le rucher école vous ouvre les portes de son exploitation pour une visite commentée entourés d’apiculteurs aguerris. Au programme : visite du rucher et de ses équipements, présentation de l’abeille, son anatomie et son rôle primordial sur la biodiversité. Une visite de ruches abeillées peut être prévue (sur demande, selon possibilité - protection fournie) ou une ruchette dite “vitrée” pourra être mise à disposition pendant la découverte. Clôture par une dégustation des produits de la ruche.

12h30 – DÉJEUNER DANS UN RESTAURANT

14h30 - DÉCOUVREZ LE DERNIER MOULIN À HUILE D’OLIVE DE FRÉJUS
Monsieur Lovera et sa fille Magali vous accueillent dans leur moulin d’aujourd’hui pour un échange convivial et animé. Ils vous conteront l’histoire du moulin mais aussi de l’olive et de son or précieux : la récolte, le conditionnement, la conservation, les saveurs, la consommation, la qualité… En fin de visite, rendez- vous pour une dégustation d’huiles d’olive.
