This is the story of an old family farm, which was taken over by Daniel MARIN, to make it a full-time activity. Daniel, a passionate young man, has surrounded himself with 120 ewes, which he pampers from birth. From milking to the processing of milk in the lab to the shop and sale on the markets, Daniel is on all fronts.
Go to the cheesemaker's shop in Fayence to buy his homemade ewe's milk ice cream, among other things. 3 of his tasty products including his award-winning bush, yoghurt and broussin. He is also the initiator of the farmers' market in Fayence. Philippe JOURDIN, Michelin-starred chef at the Le Faventia restaurant in Terre Blanche, selects Daniel's cheeses for his cheese platters and seasonal recipes.
