The Résidence Hôtelière "Unique Hôtel-Résidence & SPA" is ideally located in the heart of Saint Raphaël, 50 m from the port and beaches, 50 m from the town center, market, shops and restaurants, and 150 m from the TGV train station. The Résidence offers comfortable studios with kitchenettes and modern, refined furnishings that will immerse you in a contemporary world. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, multi-function oven and microwave, dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery you need for your stay. Our reception is open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., 24 hours a day.
A full and varied breakfast is served in the Lounge Bar between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m., or in your room on request (service extra).
For an aperitif or a nightcap, the Lounge Bar welcomes you in a warm, modern decor, to immerse you in a "unique" atmosphere, every day from 7:00am to 10:30pm. Free WiFi available in the Lounge.
Linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
