Moelleuses et Persillées, a bistronomic restaurant in the heart of Saint-Raphaël (83700), nestled at 42 rue Thiers, a stone's throw from the seafront. Here, the passion for Franco-Italian cuisine using fresh, local produce is expressed in every plate, between tradition and creativity.
Our bistronomic restaurant stands out for its expertise in matured meat and steak-house, with a selection of meats matured on site: prime rib, entrecôte, T-bone, filet Rossini and rare cuts such as Kobe beef. We work with the best breeds: Blonde de Galice, Black Angus, Wagyu, and many others, to offer you a unique taste experience.
Our chef, André Faccioli, also offers seafood cuisine (lobster, shellfish, etc.) and a seasonal menu inspired by local produce. At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by our market menu, and in the evening by our refined menu, mature meats and exceptional wines.
In a warm, cosy and intimate setting, enjoy our air-conditioned indoor and outdoor terrace, right in the heart of Saint-Raphaël, easily accessible with nearby parking.
We are also a restaurant for groups and events, and can be privatized for corporate meals, birthdays, private dinners...
