C'est en 2017 que l'aventure culinaire de La Cantine du Rocher a débuté avec une idée audacieuse : transformer une vieille remorque grâce à une rénovation extrême pour en faire un food truck. Le premier événement a eu lieu en juillet 2017, et aujourd'hui, après sept ans d'activité, La Cantine du Rocher a à son actif plus de 100 événements réussis (mariage, brunch, anniversaire, concert) et accueille toute l'année les amateurs de hamburgers gourmets.
Durant l'été, du 15 juin au 30 septembre, La Cantine du Rocher installe son food-truck aux abords du lac de l'Aréna à Roquebrune-sur-Argens, près du minigolf, offrant une expérience unique dans un cadre 100% nature. Le reste de l'année, vous pouvez retrouver le food-truck stationné dans la zone des Garillans. À la carte, vous trouverez des hamburgers généreux et faits maison, disponibles seuls ou en menu avec des frites fraîches. Des salades copieuses viennent également compléter l'offre.
Venez passer un moment entre amis lors d'une soirée d'été autour des planches de tapas (assortiment de sticks de mozzarella, de nuggets, et d'autres spécialités) avec en prime un magnifique coucher du soleil derrière le Rocher de Roquebrune-sur-Argens.
