PART 1: YOUNG PROFESSIONAL TALENT COMPETITION
In real life, Nico is too nice, and he readily admits it.
He also likes to make people happy and laugh, and always has. Ever since elementary school, when he used to re-enact sketches he'd seen on TV, he's been dreaming of the stage.
It was through social networking that he found his calling. Encouraged by his friends and family, he published his first video on Tik Tok, which was an immediate success. A year and a half later, over one and a half million people follow him on a daily basis.
Believing more in hard work than talent, he took his time, and it was GuiHome who finally brought him to the stage, producing his first show.
It's about a sweet boy who can't say no, but thinks no less of it. Looking at the world, talking about what he knows, making a mockery of his coming out, worrying about the future of language when Wejdene takes Baudelaire's place, imagining that a virtual assistant could act as a shrink. Always arriving at the same conclusion, one that has existed since the dawn of time: it was better before.
Nicolas assumes his slightly old-fashioned side, that of a nostalgic young man caught up in a world that's moving too fast. He says a lot about the anxieties of his generation.

Once again this year, the Festival du Rire is supporting the Pink October initiative by donating €1 per ticket sold to the oncology department of the Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël intercommunal hospital. This partnership, initiated in 2021 between the town of Saint-Raphaël and the hospital's Patronage and Philanthropy Commission, raises funds used to improve catering for oncology patients, notably by purchasing refrigerated bedside tables and offering a "pleasure menu" with pastries and salads. This partnership is being renewed to continue improving the quality of care.
