La culture et la jeunesse sont au centre de l’action municipale et son soutien financier est indispensable au développement de l’activité culturelle.
L’Espace Jeunesse organise 2 fois par an une exposition d’arts visuels & plastiques de jeunes artistes (15 - 21 ans) de l’agglomération : dessins, peintures, BD, photographies, gravures, illustrations, sculptures, installations, animations 3D, film, design, urban art, dans le but de les soutenir dans leur démarche artistique.

L’artiste invité est Marc Émilien GEITNER, jeune raphaëlois de 16 ans, élève de première au lycée Saint-Exupéry de Saint-Raphaël. Découvert au sein du Conseil municipal des jeunes de la ville dont il fait partie depuis 1 an, Marc-Émilien a déjà montré de quoi il était capable. Au milieu de graffeurs professionnels, pendant le Graffiti Jam du Festival Résonnances urbaines de juin 2023, il a pu réaliser une performance en direct live : un Graff sur un support de 4m² sur le thème de « Mère Nature » que vous pourrez (re) découvrir au milieu de nouvelles réalisations.
