10h – VISITE GUIDÉE DU VILLAGE DE ROQUEBRUNE-SUR-ARGENS
Il était une fois un village médiéval… Découvrez l’histoire de cette surprenante cité millénaire surplombée par son Rocher. Tout commence aux environs de l’an 1000, autour d’une position fortifiée : le Castrum. Plus tard, le village s’agrandit avec la rue des Portiques, pittoresques maisons à arcades situées à côté de l’élégant beffroi et de la grande église paroissiale

15h30 - VISITE COMMENTÉE DE L’ABBAYE DU THORONET
Nichée dans les vallons boisés de l’arrière-pays varois, l’Abbaye du Thoronet vous ouvre ses portes le temps d’une visite de ce joyau de l’architecture cistercienne.
Construite à la fin du XIIème siècle, elle est l’une des “trois sœurs provençales” avec les abbayes de Senanque et Silvacane. Célèbre pour ses “Pierres sauvages”, elle inspire la rigueur et l’austérité de la règle de Saint Benoît.

Les Adrets de l'Estérel is a small town located at the extreme southeastern Var. Bordering the Maritimes Alpes, it is composed of large green forests. The town overlooks the bay of Cannes and has an exceptional view on the Lérins Islands and the Corniche de l'Estérel.
Puget sur Argens is a small village located in the middle of many wineries. Its commercial area, near the village, includes many shopping center. North of the village, the Bois du Defens give rise to several walks.
