Description
Now established on the François Léotard Nature Base in Fréjus and on the trails of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, the Roc d'Azur has become the 1st mountain bike event in the world and celebrates as it should, every year in October, the all those involved in cycling and mountain biking. Starting with the thousands of amateur cyclists from all over France and 50 different countries...
The 39th edition will be held from October 4 to 8, 2023 with several departures and arrivals in the town of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and Les Issambres:
- Thursday October 5
9:00 a.m.: Roc Trophy #2 departure from Place Perrin
10:00 a.m.: Rando Enduro Electric departure from Place Perrin
10:15 a.m.: Rando Enduro departure from Place Perrin
- Friday October 6
12:30 p.m.: Enduroc & Electric Enduroc departure from Place Perrin
- Saturday October 7
After a successful first edition in 2022, Roc d'Azur is renewing its running event, the Roc Trail!
Integrated on the day of Saturday, the Roc Trail will seduce both specialists who will discover the Roc d'Azur through their favorite discipline, and regulars of the Roc who will be able to discover a new outdoor discipline in an exceptional setting!
Sport, nature, discovery, sharing, encounters, self-transcendence... all the ingredients are there to make this new meeting a moment apart from Le Roc. With 4 distances in 2023, everyone will be able to find the course that suits them.
9:30 a.m.: Roc Trail 43km departure from Place Perrin
10:00 a.m.: Roc Trail 32km starting at Place Perrin
10 a.m.: Multi Roc Challenge #3 (new) departure from place Perrin
10:30 a.m.: Roc Trail 22km starting at Place Perrin
11:00 a.m.: Roc Trail 16km departure from Place Perrin
3:00 p.m.: Rando Trail Famille (new) departure from Place Germain Ollier
- Sunday October 8
NEW FOR 2023:
Hiking is making its debut on the 2023 edition of the Roc d'Azur. From Place Perrin in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, discover the magnificent landscapes of the region. Alone, with friends or family, choose from the 4 distances offered and discover the beauty and secrets of the Mediterranean adorned with red rocks and the piercing blue of the sea.
