The information you give will only be used by the Estérel Côte d'Azur Reservations department.

The availability of all the rooms is guaranteed till April 26, 2010

Rates after this deadline will be substantially higher, and reservations subject to availability of rooms.

PAYMENT

After acknowledgment of your accommodation request thanks to the below form, you will receive a booking contract.
The booking contract has to be signed and returned to us, by fax 0033 (0)4 94 19 10 67 or email (reservation@esterel-cotedazur.com)

We suggest then 2 ways of payment:

1. Debit authorisation
You have to note your credit card number and the expiry date on the contract, we will charge the deposit as of the booking date. And one month before your arrival, at the latest, we will charge automatically the balance of your stay.
OR
2. On-line payment
You can also pay on-line through our website: we will send you by email a link to access our secure on-line software corresponding to your booking contract.

After payment, we will send you the voucher (proof of payment) by email.

CANCELLATION

- More than 30 days before arrival: refund of the total amount
- Between 30 and 21 days of arrival: deduction of 25% of the total amount
- Between 20 and 8 days of arrival: deduction of 50% of the total amount
- Between 7 and 2 days of arrival: deduction of 75% of the total amount
- Less than 2 days of the arrival or no-show: deduction of 100% of the total amount
